Payments & Returns


Anyone with a bank account or credit card can easily pay via PayPal. Here you can either put money on your PayPal account by way of a bank transfer or simply pay by direct debit or credit card. Simply register on the PayPal website.

When you select the PayPal payment method at the checkout, click “make payment” and you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page for log in and payment completion.



We are happy to refund any item within 14 days of purchase. Simply email to us the reason of your returns and we will guide you thru the return process.

All returned items must be sent back with original tags attached and in good (new) condition.
At this time exchanges cannot be made through the KPNY Online Store. We encourage you to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. You can exchanged an item at any one of our KPNY Retail stores. Check the Stores on our website for store details.
Orders paid with PayPal can only be refunded through the KPNY Online Store.

Once the refund has been processed we will notify you by email. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks from the date you post your return for your account to be credited. It depend on your billing cycles for the refund to show on your credit card. The KPNY Online store only accepts returned goods purchased in the KPNY Online store. For items purchased in a store, please return the goods at the KPNY store in which you purchased them.

Due to health reasons jeweler, watches, eyewear cannot be returned and exchanged. No return and No exchanges on sale items (marked down items).



You can return items purchased at KPNY Online within 14 days of purchase.


Items are to be returned at your own cost unless they are faulty or incorrect items received.


Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. Please contact KPNY Customer Service – to discuss your faulty item. KPNY will pay all freight charges on faulty items.
